The Manville Trustees have determined to stay all offers to claimants until the Trust’s obligations going forward can be more accurately determined. The Trust has retained consultants to prepare a future claims forecast which will permit the Trust to determine the appropriate pro rata payment percentage and allow the Trust to meet its obligations to current and future claimants. The Trust anticipates this process will take approximately 60 days to complete. Claims for which offers have already been made are not affected by this stay.

NARCO: FAQ
The NARCO Trust has posted an updated FAQ. [The FAQ can be found on the NARCO Trust’s Documents Page.]
Manville: Release
Effective April 28, 2016, the Manville Trust will require submission of an executed release prior to payment on claims. After accepting the offer on a claim you will be prompted to generate a release. Once you receive the executed release from the claimant simply upload it to the claim file. It will then be reviewed by CRMC and, once approved, the claim will automatically move into the payment queue.
CET: eFiler
Effective April 28, 2016, the C.E. Thurston & Sons Absestos Trust will no longer offer its “E-file” electronic filing option. All eClaims users currently using E-filing will be converted to hybrid filing (“H-filing”), which still permits electronic filing of claimant information. Using H-filing, users may complete the claim form electronically online and upload any required documents, just as with E-filing. The difference is that, using H-filing, a CRMC Claim Review Analyst will run the CDT valuation program in every case. Please be advised that, particularly in the initial period following this transition, review times will likely increase. However, CRMC has retained additional staff to assist in this effort and will work as quickly as possible to review your claim(s) in a timely manner.

NARCO: Re-Reviews
Certain claims previously classified as having completed review have been re-classified as awaiting review as of February 17, 2016. The reason for this change is that the Trustees have recently implemented refinements to the Trust’s claims processing procedures. There have been no changes to either the exposure notice or the claim form instructions, and claimants’ interactions with the Trust should not change going forward. As always, please contact narcoinquiry@claimsres.com with any questions.
NARCO: Exposure Notice
The Trust has posted an updated exposure notice. [The Exposure Notice is available for review on the NARCO Trust’s Documents page.]
NARCO: Attention

Any information you enter is stored in a manner that is accessible to (i) representatives of the Trust and (ii) Honeywell Corporation, in each case, including their employees, personnel, contractors, and representatives.
