CRMC: Bill Tomlinson Retirement

Effective January 1, 2017 Bill Tomlinson has retired from CRMC after 29 years of dedicated service.  His position is being filled by Genc Zaja.  We wish Bill all the best in the years to come.

NARCO: Claims Processor

Effective immediately CRMC will be the NARCO Asbestos Trust’s sole claims processor. CRMC will process all types of claims filed with the NARCO Asbestos Trust (Expedited Review, Individual Review, Liquidated Pre-Established, and Indirect Claims). Garden City Group, LLC will no longer accept or process claims of any kind in connection with the NARCO Asbestos Trust. Please review the NARCO Asbestos Trust’s homepage for more information on the filing of claims with the NARCO Asbestos Trust.

Manville: Pro Rata

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A decision has been made as to the pro rata payment percentage.  CRMC is in the process of completing programming changes and will resume making offers as soon as possible at the new percentage. Please view the details here.

NARCO: IR Claims

The NARCO Asbestos Trust is in the process of transitioning to a new claims processor.  Starting November 1, 2016, all Individual Review Claims must be filed with the new claims processor, Garden City Group, LLC (“GCG”). CRMC will continue to accept and process all other claims until further notice. All Individual Review Claims previously filed with CRMC will be automatically transferred to GCG. Please review the NARCO Asbestos Trust’s homepage for more information on the transition and where to file and access your claim during the transition process.

CET: Supplemental Payments

The Trust has decided to extend the deadline for responses to the supplemental payments as referred to in the “Supplemental Payment Policies and Procedures – 2015” memo posted on the document Page of the Website. The updated response deadline has been changed from October 31, 2016 to December 31, 2016.

NARCO: POC for IR

The NARCO Trust has posted the Proof of Claim Form for Unliquidated Claims to be Processed Under Individual Review (the “IR Claim Form”).  The NARCO Trust will post a follow-up notice when the NARCO Trust is ready to accept claims submitted on the IR Claim Form electronically. The IR Instructions Booklet referenced in the IR Claim Form will be published at a later date.
