NARCO Trust – Updated ADR Procedures

The AAA contact person for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures for NARCO Asbestos Trust Claims (the “ADR Procedures”) has changed.  The NARCO Trust has updated the ADR Procedures to reflect this change.  The updated ADR Procedures are located on the NARCO Trust’s Documents Page.

The North American Refractories Company Asbestos Personal Injury Settlement Trust (the "NARCO Trust") has transitioned its claims processing to the Delaware Claims Processing Facility (“DCPF”). Please see narcoasbestostrust.org for more information.
