CRMC will be implementing 2 Factor Authentication shortly. This adds an additional layer of security to all user accounts and thereby additional protections for each user of eClaims. This new feature, requires authentication beyond your username and password. The first time you log- in after implementation, the system will step you through the authentication process. All: CRMC System Enhancement – Recategorization Option Clarification
CRMC has re-defined the prior Recategoriztion Option on the Offer status page for all Trust clients. You will now have two options:
1) Recategorization – POC needs to be amended or
2) Recategorization – Ready for CRMC Review.
This was previously a two step process where you were required to log your recategorization request and then move the claim forward for processing on the claim page once any claim amendments were complete.

CRMC: Bill Tomlinson Retirement
Effective January 1, 2017 Bill Tomlinson has retired from CRMC after 29 years of dedicated service. His position is being filled by Genc Zaja. We wish Bill all the best in the years to come.

Effective February 1, 2015, Sarah Wetherald has been promoted to Operations Manager. She is now responsible for claim operations for all CRMC clients.

Effective February 1, 2015, CRMC President Larry J. Haden is retired, and Melissa L. Metzfield is President. Melissa previously served as CRMC’s Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, and has more than twenty years of experience working directly with CRMC’s customers. CRMC thanks Larry for his years of excellent and dedicated service, and wishes him the best in a well-deserved retirement.
