CRMC offers one of the most experienced asbestos claims processing staffs available,
with more than 20 years processing in excess of one million asbestos personal injury
claims. CRMC’s client list includes: the Manville Personal Injury Settlement
Trust, the C. E. Thurston & Sons Asbestos Trust, the Philadelphia Asbestos Corporation
Trust and, its newest client, the United States Mineral Products Company Personal
Injury Settlement Trust. In addition to established trust clients, CRMC processes/processed
asbestos for the Travelers Asbestos Statutory Direct Action Settlement Fund and
the West Virginia Statutory Direct Action Settlement Fund.
Using the innovative e-Claim processing system, CRMC receives claims information
electronically, in paper form, or by hybrid methods. To meet the needs of trusts
with varied and changing requirements, CRMC has designed its systems to be flexible.
Experienced Customer Relations Analysts are available to process claims using processes
approved by each client trust. CRMC’s professional staff is available to help
trustees choose the processing options that best suit their trust, and to adjust
those processes as circumstances change. Our Quality Assurance Program can focus
